Payment and pricing issues

Transport and delivery issues

Freight varies by location and will be calculated at checkout.

We work with reliable delivery companies, such as DHL, FedEx and EMSs, depending on the destination.
Depending on your location, shipping is usually 25-45 working days because of the heavy weight of the product. It is often expensive to use air transportation, and you can contact customer service if you need it.
Use your order number to contact us and we will investigate with the carrier and assist in resolving.

Return and policy issues

As the product is customized, once the product cannot be sold for the second time, if there is no major quality problem, return is not supported. If there is quality problem, please contact our support team within 7 days after receiving the product for instructions.
Due to the fact that customized products are not subject to major quality problems, returns are not supported.
Because custom products are not large quality problems, do not support returns, unless the goods have large quality problems returned by the seller.

Yes, if your goods are under warranty, we will replace and assist in the repair.
Yes, we are particularly confident in our products and offer a warranty period of ten years from receipt.
