How can I track my orders?
You can track your order by the tracking number sent to your mailbox after shipment.
Can I modify my order after I place it?
Orders can be modified within 2 hours of purchase. Please contact our support team as soon as possible as production begins two hours after ordering.
May I cancel my order?
Yes, if the production has not started. Once produced, it cannot be canceled.
Why has my order not been shipped yet?
Delays may occur due to high demand or inventory problems. Please contact for the latest information.
Why is my product incomplete or missing parts?
Please send a photo with your order number. We will check and arrange for a replacement or refund.
Payment and pricing issues
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit card, PayPal and other secure payment options.
Why did my card fail to pay?
This may be due to bank restrictions, information errors, or restrictions exceeded. Please try another card or another payment method.
Are taxes and duties included in the price?

We work with reliable delivery companies, such as DHL, FedEx and EMSs, depending on the destination.
How long does transportation take?
Depending on your location, shipping is usually 25-45 working days because of the heavy weight of the product. It is often expensive to use air transportation, and you can contact customer service if you need it.
What if my package is lost?
Use your order number to contact us and we will investigate with the carrier and assist in resolving.
Return and policy issues
How do I initiate a return?
As the product is customized, once the product cannot be sold for the second time, if there is no major quality problem, return is not supported. If there is quality problem, please contact our support team within 7 days after receiving the product for instructions.
What is your return policy?
Due to the fact that customized products are not subject to major quality problems, returns are not supported.
Do I have to pay the return freight?
Because custom products are not large quality problems, do not support returns, unless the goods have large quality problems returned by the seller.
