Transportation information

We have partnerships with major shipping companies such as DPD Group, UPSs, Wincanton, and Kuehne+Nagel.

We will process your order within 1-2 working days. Due to the heavy weight of the product, it is usually shipped by sea for about 25-45 days. Air transportation is often expensive, and you can contact customer service for a quotation if necessary. 

The projected delivery schedule displayed on each product page indicates the range of items you can receive within the projected date range. This period is for reference only and the actual delivery may vary.

GALAXYPOD HOUSE LIMITED provides delivery for all products, such as EU, US, Australia, etc., and some remote areas cannot be delivered due to non-arrival of cooperative logistics companies. Please consult customer service for details.

 

Limitations/Limitations
We are unable to ship to P.O. Box, Military Address (APO/FPO), Diplomatic P.O. Box (DPO) or Freight Forwarder. If you provide a P.O. Box, Military Address (APO/FPO), Diplomatic P.O. Box (DPO) address, we will contact you for confirmation, which will delay shipment of the order.

 

What should I do if my shipment is seriously delayed?

Log in to your .com account to track your orders and shipping and processing information. If you have not registered, you can still track orders using your order number. If you need more shipping information, please email galaxypodhouse@gmail.com and we will reply as soon as possible within 24hours.

Please contact express company and our customer service for investigation. We will be responsible for the reshipment or refund at your option if an exception is confirmed (i.e. the package is missing) or if the delay will last for a considerable period of time.
